offending, but your Analyst does not personally feel that the
modification "flavoured" is sufficient indication to the purchaser
of the virtual absence of butter. The same argument has been used
in connection with chocolate swiss rolls, but does the description
"swiss roll, chocolate flavour" really convey to the purchaser the
impression that no chocolate or cocoa has been used In the recipe?
