B. Sewer Treatments.
(I) Second Maintenance Treatment (1949-50)
The second maintenance treatment of soil sewers-manholes
found to be infested during the 10% test baiting carried out in
July 1949 was completed on the 10th March, 1950. Prebaltlng
with damped sausage rusks was carried out on two consecutive days
and the same bait base with 2½% Zinc Phosphide was laid on the
third day with the following results:-
