In the cases of the three unsatisfactory samples an official
caution was sent to the Manufacturers of the articles. No legal
action was taken by Middlesex County Council as Food and Drugs
Authority during the year.
In addition, 71 samples of Ice Cream were taken by the Borough's
Sanitary Inspectors. The results of this sampling are reported on
page 50.
