5. UNSOUND FOOD.
Foodstuffs, as listed below, were examined during the year and
found to be unfit for human consumption. The food was condemned and
disposed of by incineration or by burial at the Council's refuse tip:-
Meat 344 lbs. Frozen Foods: Meat 125 lbs.
Rabbits 82 lbs. Fish 217 lbs.
Chickens 30 lbs. Vegetables 348 lbs.
Offal 63 lbs. Fruit 9 lbs.
Tinned meat 65 lbs. Pastry, cakes,
" vegetables 223 lbs. mousse etc. 62 lbs.

Miscellaneous groceries 215 lbs,.
