Immunisation.
Numbers of children reciving a full course of treatment in 1944 at clinics and from general practitioners are given below:

In addition to the above, 31 children who had been
immunised in infancy received a re-enforcing dose of 0.3 c.c.

Scabies.
The disease has been notifiable in the district since
September, 1943, and the arrangements for treatment at
the First Aid Posts in Loughton and Buckhurst Hill were
continued. Nearly all the cases were treated with two
applications of Benzyl Benzoate at one week's interval with
a satisfactory result and particulars of these are given in
the following table:—
