Shick Testing.

Batches of children immunised between 1936 and 1941 were Shick tested and the results are set out in the following table. It will be noted that the number of positive reactions amongst children immunised in 1941 is high, but there is reason to believe that some of the alum toxoid used in the early part of 1941 was of low potency.
