SANITARY CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE AREA.
I submit herewith the report of Mr. Johnson, the Chief
Sanitary Inspector, on the sanitary circumstances of the area.
The report deals in detail with the work carried out during the
year.
I should like to take this opportunity of expressing my
appreciation of the efficient and conscientious manner in which
Mr. Johnson and the inspectorial staff have carried out their
duties.
