Rheumatism Clinic .—26 sessions were held during the year at Newbury Hall, at which 28 children under 5 years of age, 15 being new cases, made 45 attendances. The following is a summary of the cases treated:—

Artificial Sunlight Clinic.—49 sessions were held at the Newbury
Hall Clinic and 48 at Mayesbrook Clinic. 97 children in all were treated,

38 cases were still attending at the end of the year ; of the remainder
1 had removed from the district, 9 were discharged having made a satisfactory
recovery and 8 were discharged due to absence.
Speech Clinic.—3 children of pre-school age attended, making 41
attendances. The following is the classification of the defects found by the
speech therapist:—
Dyslalia 2. Cleft Palate 1.
Two of the children were discharged with normal speech.
