During 1943 a total number of 5,240 children attended at the Diphtheria Prevention Clinics (3,231 at
Newbury Hall and 2,009 at Mayesbrook), making a total number of attendances of 23,057 (14,463 and 8,594),
with an average per session of 136 and 126 respectively.
