SECTION IV.—INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF
FOOD.
1. Milk Supply.—There are 89 dairies and milkshops and 4
cowsheds on the register. In addition, 10 premises are registered
to sell cream only. 243 inspections of dairies, milkshops and
cowsheds were carried out during the year.
