(b) The net number of births is obtained by taking the uncorrected number of births supplied by the local registrar and adding to cr subtracting from
it such a number as is supplied for this purpose by the Registrar-Genera
(c) The birth-rate is calculated on the estimated net population for birth-rate.
(d) Calculated on the estimated total population for death-rate.
(e) Calculated on the estimated net population.
