The following Contracts for materials and works have been entered into by the Board, and are now in force:—

Cookson, Tin-worth Street, Albert Embankment.For the carting away of road sweepings from the public way s,the cartage of soil raised from gullies, &c.,theremovalof manure the removal of dust and ashes from the houses in the District, watering and washing the public ways, and the supply of two horses, harness, and drivers for street-sweep-ing machines, &c.,for the sum of £8,175 per annum.For three years from 25th March, 1896.
