109. In addition to the visits enumerated in the foregoing Table,
the Inspectors accompanied Mr. Hayward, the District Surveyor, in his
inspection of the underground rooms in the District. The duties of the
Inspectors have been well discharged, and the sanitary condition of the
District has consequently much improved.
The Disinfecting Chamber. 110. The apparatus for disinfection has
been little in use this year, which is a subject for congratulation.
