The figures in the above table were obtained by personal inspection of the boohs of the several
Hospitals, with the exception of those marked with a star, and for these I have to thank
Dr. Sanderson, and Mr Beale, the Officers of Health of Paddington and St. Martin. No particulars
have been ascertained, respecting the three Deaths of St. Giles's parishioners in the
Westminster Hospital, and they are nowhere taken into consideration in the statements of the
Report.
