O. School Meals:
Of the 15,565 children in primary schools one day in October, 1945,
7,521 took dinner and 13,124 milk. Of the 6,736 children in the
secondary schools the corresponding figures were 3,577 and 4,302.
Meals and milk are provided five days per week during term time
and during holidays.
