Adoptive Acts. The Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts
1899-1923, have been adopted by the Council. During the
year, the Borough Treasurer tells me, the Council made 390
advances to purchasers of houses in accordance with the
provisions of these Acts.
In the Annual Report for 1927, a list was given of the
By-laws and Regulations made under various Acts, with the
dates of their adoption.
