Copies of these were distributed to all the meat shops. They
have been hung in conspicuous places, and, from the observations
of Inspectors and the reports of the tradesmen, have
been very beneficial.
Slaughterhouses. In tabular form below is shown the
number of slaughterhouses licensed in 1920 and in January
and December, 1925. These premises have been regularly
inspected. There is no public slaughterhouse in the Borough.
