2,8G0 communications in connection with cases of pulmonary tuberculosis which
account for the increase in the figures as compared with those for 1910, 714 as to
work under the Factory and Workshop Acts, 5,788 communications of various
kinds in respect to infectious disease and disinfection, and 784 agendas and reports
relating to the work of the department.
In conclusion, I beg to express my hearty appreciation of the kind consideration
and assistance which have been rendered me by the Chairman and members of the
Health Committee in connection with the work of the Department during the year.
