mites.
SPECIAL ENQUIRIES.
During the year 53 samples of the undermentioned foodstuffs
were submitted for bacteriological examination as a result of
routine inspections and investigations into complaints made to the
department, and enquiries associated with infectious diseases and
reported food upsets:—

Of these samples. 40 were satisfactory and 13 unsatisfactory.
