FOOD HYGIENE
The work of securing hygienic conditions in food premises has been
maintained and generally speaking the conditions under which food is
prepared and sold in the Urban District is extremely good.
The following table shows the amount of food condemned during the year under review, but does not include meat condemned at the Slaughter house.
