WATER SUPPLY
The whole Borough is in the area supplied by the Metropolitan
Water Board and every house has a constant supply,
RAG FLOCK AND OTHER FILLING MATERIALS ACT, 1951
Three premises in the Borough are registered under the above
Act. The premises are periodically visited and during the year
three samples were taken and sent for analysis. The results were
satisfactory.
PET ANIMALS ACT, 1951
Under the Act one new 1icence was granted and eight licences
were renewed during th e year after thepremises had been inspected
and found to be satisfactory,
ESTABLISHMENTS FOR MASSAGE OR SPECIAL TREATMENT
Four existing licences under the Middlesex County Council Act
1950 were renewed during the year. In addition one new licence
was issued.
HOUSING
The Borough Surveyor has kindly supplied me with the following
figures showing the number of houses which have been erected or
rebuilt during the year.
Council properties completed -
28 Flats and 4 shops at Ellenborough Court
6 Flats at Charter Court
6 Flats at Winkfield Road
