I think it could be said that the Clean Food Month was successful.
It is, of course, not possible to determine the effect of the stimulus
produced but I am reasonably confident that we did emphasise
the need for food hygiene, particularly among food handlers and
school children
The total numbers who attended our various talks, with or without film shows were as follows:—
Food Handlers | 440 |
School Meals Service | 138 |
Local Organisations | 246 |
School children | 2,101 |
Total | 2,925 |
I have thanked all those who helped us in the organisation and
running of our Clean Food Month which we hope to repeat when
occasion demands.
