In only one manhole was a complete take of 16 oz. of
poisoned bait recorded.
From the statistics obtained during the two treatments carried
out this year, it does appear advisble to inspect the record of
poison bait takes, and thus ensure the best results from the sewer
treatments.
As in past years, the Public Health Department and the
Borough Engineer's Department co-operated in carrying out the
sewer treatments.
MIDDLESEX COUNTY COUNCIL ACT, 1950
Section 11. Registration of Hawkers of Food
This Act superseded the Middlesex County Council Act 1944.
Section 279, on the 1st April. 51 hawkers of food in the Borough
are registered.
RAG FLOCK AND OTHER FILLING MATERIALS
ACT, 1951
Under this Act, which came into operation on the 1st
November, three premises in the Borough were registered.
PUBLIC CONVENIENCES
There are three Public Conveniences in the Borough which
are kept under constant supervision by the Public Health
Department.
