Insulin.
As for several years past, a supply of insulin has been provided
free of charge for the use of necessitous patients residing in
Wood Green. Two patients received in all 25,800 units at a cost
of £6 8s. 11d.
BACTERIOLOGICAL WORK.
The bacteriological examination of specimens from the Borough is carried out at the Joint Isolation Hospital and during 1938 the following examinations were made :—
