INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD.
(a) Milk Supply.
The greater part of the milk supply in this borough is in the
hands of large firms and combines, who supply the milk in bottles
filled at their depots outside the borough.
(1) No cattle are kept in the borough.
(2) The following licences for the sale of milk under special
designations have been granted during the year:—

Licences in respect of shop or other premises (not being the establishment at which the milk is produced or bottled) at or from which the

milk is sold.
