I must thank the Committee for the confidence they have
placed in me during the year past, and trust it may continue, and
that I shall always continue to merit that confidence which is so
necessary between a Committee and its Officials, if good work for
the District is to be done.
I have also to thank the Staff which are associated with me
in the work of the Department, without their loyal co-operation
and help, it would of course be impossible to carry on the work in
a manner which I trust has given satisfaction to the Council.
I am, Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant,
A. E. ADAMS,
Inspector of Nuisances.
