To the Chairman and Members of the Wood Green
Urban District Council.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit my Annual Report of the work in
this Department during the year ending December 31st, 1904.
There have been 110 Special Complaints received.
Under the head of Defects under Special Complaints I have
included all defects found, except House to House Inspection to save
a multiplication of the Tabulated nuisances.
