During the year 55 visits were made to the Canal, but only twelve boats were found there.
These have been inspected. Three were found to be contravening the regulations. The other nine
were in order and good condition. Since and during the war the transport work on the Canal, so
far as Willesden is concerned, seems to have fallen off as compared with years previous to 1914.

(2) Offensive Trades.—The following trades are recognised as offensive trades under
Section 112 of the Public Health Act, 1875, viz.:—
