COST OF DUST COLLECTION IN WESTMINSTER AND MARYLEBONE.
Since writing the foregoing, there has come to hand the Municipal Journal of the 18th April,
1919, in which appears a report of the City Council of Westminster relative to the costs of dust collection
in Westminster and Marylebone during the year 1917-18 from which I extract the following
essential figures prepared by the City Comptroller of Westminster :—
