Economic Circumstances in relation to the Provision of
School Meals.
As instructed, I beg to report on the above.
At the present time the economic circumstances per
head in a family are determined as follows :—
A. Income.
(a) Wages. These include:—
(1) Parent's or guardian's weekly wage, the
age for four weeks being taken.
(2) The earnings of children under 14 years of
age.
