HOSPITAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR 1915.
The number of patients admitted during the year 1915
was 706, as compared with 979 in 1914 and 721 in 1913.
The following Table, No. 1, gives particulars of the
cases under treatment at the Hospital during the year:—

On December 31st, 1914, 101 patients remained in
Hospital, so that the total number of cases under treatment
during 1915 was 807, as compared with 1,091 in 1914.
The average number of patients under treatment each
day during the year was 83.38, as compared with 102.17 in
the previous year.
Scarlet Fever patients remained in Hospital on an average
47.3 days, Diphtheria patients 24.9 days, and those
suffering from other diseases, excluding Tuberculosis, 16.6
days.
