Small Pox.—No case of Small Pox was notified during
the year.
The following Table, No. 34, shows the number of
cases notified and the number and percentage removed to
hospital each year since 1892:—

Cerebro-Spinal Meningitis and Poliomyelitis.—
Six cases (including one of posterior basic meningitis) of
Cerebro-Spinal Meningitis were notified during the year.
One was admitted to Willesden Isolation Hospital, and died
there, the cause of death being certified as "Tuberculous
Meningitis. One was admitted to Hampstead General
Hospital, and one to St. George's Hospital. Both these
cases died. Two cases were treated at home and died.
About the other no information was obtained.
No case of Poliomyelitis was notified during 1914.
