Prices for Spectacles .—During the year the Education Committee entered into an agreement with Messrs. George Spiller, Ltd., for the supply of Spectacles at the following rates:—

These prices include the attendance of a competent
fitter to measure the children for the frames when they
attend to have their vision tested by the Medical Officers.
E. EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN.
Exceptional Children.—The following Table, No. 82,
gives a classified list of exceptional children in the area.
The figures are based in some cases on the number coming
under observation during the year.
