An examination of the two foregoing Tables, Nos. 67
and 68, relating to the distribution of deaths from tuberculosis
in Willesden at the different age groups shows that
the number of deaths from this cause under the age of
fifteen has diminished, but above this age the number of
deaths has not declined generally. It would therefore
appear that the improvement in the general death rate from
tuberculosis has been one which has improved the death
rate especially in the early years of life.
