INFANTILE MORTALITY.
The last three years have witnessed the lowest rates of
infantile mortality recorded in Willesden. The rates for 1904,
1905, and 1906 are respectively 115, 117 and 115 per 1,000
births. Fuller particulars bearing on this question will be found
