Infantile Mortality.
Of the 67 deaths which occurred in
children who never celebrated their first
birthday, 26 occurred within the first week of
life (38.8%) while 41 occurred within the first
four weeks of life (61.2%). In the following
table are shown the numbers of infant deaths
from the various causes, according to age at
death.
