GeNTLEMEN,
I herewith lay before you my Annual Report on the Public Health of the
Uxbridge Urban District for the year ended December 31st, 1920. As instructed
by you I have drawn it up on the lines laid down in the "Memorandum as to
Contents and Arrangement of the Annual Reports of Medical Officers of Health"
issued by the Ministry of Health in February of this year, (Circular 168).
