BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATION OF MILK.
The work carried out at the laboratory in connection with milk
has followed closely upon the lines of the previous year, except that
certain pieces of new equipment have been purchased which allow of
more accurate results being obtained. In view of the passing of the
Milk (Designations) Order, 1936, the routine will be further altered
during 1937. Additional tests are now required, and arrangements
are being made to carry these tests into effect.
