These 71 cases were notified from 44 separate houses,,
which are situated in 10 streets, including the High-road, and
streets leading off it on either side ; and the greatest number
of houses affected are situated at the lower and southernmost
part of High-road and in two short streets, both of which are
cul-de-sacs known as Albert-street and Lee-street. Indeed,
with the exception of 3 cases in 3 houses in Springfield-road,
and 1 case in Station-road, all the cases occurred in a very

the north, and by the Great Northern Railway on the west.
The diameter of a circle including this area would not exceed
400 yards.
