ADOPTIVE ACTS, Etc.
The following is a list of Acts, etc., which have been
adopted, together with the date of adoption.
Acts:—
The Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1890 (Parts 2 and 3).
Adopted 14 January, and came into force 1st March, 1904.
The Infectious Disease (Prevention) Act, 1890.
Ditto.
The Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, Parts 2 to 6 (inclusive), Part 10 (Section 95). Order of the Local Government Board, 24th December, 1909.
Part 7 (Sections 81 and 86), Parts 8 and 9.
Order of Secretary of State, 12th November, 1909.
Private Street Works Act., 1892 25th July, 1902.
Acts Adopted:—
Public Health Act, 1925. The whole of Parts 2, 3 4 and 5
with the exception of Section 44, Part 3, and with the
sanction of the Ministry of Health to Sections 21 and 22,
Part 2.
The Sections subject to the consent of the Ministry
came into force on the 1st
March, 1926.
Bye-laws and Regulations:—
Regulations with respect to Allotments.
Bye-laws with respect to Common Lodging Houses.
Regulations with respect to Dairies, Cowsheds and Milk-
shops.
Bye-laws with respect to Slaughterhouses.
Bye-laws as to Whirligigs and Swings, Firearms in Shooting
Galleries, etc.
Adopted 18th July, and allowed by the Local
Government Board on the 6th September, 1906.
Bye-laws with respect to New. Streets and Buildings.
Adopted 21st February, and allowed by L.G.B. on 2nd April, 1906.
