The four Local Authorities included in the Joint
Hospital Board are:—
Representatives.
Uxbridge Urban District Council 5
Ruislip-Northwood Urban District Council 2
Hayes Urban District Council 2
Yiewsley Urban District Council 2
The accommodation provided at the Hospital is:—
Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, Scarlet Fever, about 50 Beds
and Cots.
No. 3 Block, Diphtheria, about 20 Beds and Cots.
No. 4 Block, Observation Wards, about 12 Beds
and Cots.
During 1929 the following number of cases were admitted to the Hospital:—

The removal of cases from the district has been very
promptly attended to.
Smallpox Hospital.
The Middlesex County Council provide for the isolation
and treatment of Smallpox for the County.
Mortuary.
During the year there were six admissions to the
Mortuary at the Depot, Pinner Road, Northwood.
Ambulance Facilities.
Infectious Cases.
A Motor Ambulance is provided by the Uxbridge
Joint Hospital Board for the removal of infectious cases,
bedding and clothing. The arrangements made are very
good; the motor ambulance is very prompt in attending.
