Scarlet Fever.
A small outbreak occured at one of the private schools in February
and March. In September several cases were notified among
the children attending the County Council School.
Diphtheria Antitoxin.
A supply is kept at the office of the Medical Officer of Health and
is supplied to medical practitioners. This is supplied free of charge
to those patients in necessitous circumstances.
Encephalitis Lethargicia.
Of the three cases notified one recovered and two died.
Arrangements for the examination of pathological and bacteriological
specimens are made with the Clinical Research Associations.
