Sonne Dysentery
There were 36 cases of Sonne Dysentery during 1959.
Measles
A total of 500 cases was notified during the year compared with 155 the
previous year. There were no deaths.
Whooping Cough
Cases were notified throughout the year and totalled 31 compared with 133
cases the previous year. There were no deaths.
The following table gives the number of children in the district who received primary injections against whooping cough during the year ended 31st December, 1959:—
