During a week's holiday at the end of October, the
number of cases of diphtheria among scholars in the Infants'
Department of the Oakfield Road School was above the
average, and after consultation with the School Medical
Officer, the Department was closed for another week.
SCHOOL CLINIC.
Minor ailments are prescribed for by the School Medical
Officer and two Medical Inspectors on three afternoons in
the week. Particulars appear in the School Medical Officer's
Annual Report.
DENTAL CLINIC.
Mr. D. H. Barr and Mr. S. V. Shrimpton each attend
two mornings a week to give dental treatment.
