the factory and workshop act, 1901
By Section 132 of the above Act the Medical Officer
of Health of every District Council is required in his
Annual Report to report specifically on the administration
of this Act in workshops and workplaces, and a copy of
the Annual Report, or so much of it as deals with this
subject, is to be sent to the Secretary of State.
Tables 1 to 5, which follow, are the forms prescribed
by the Home Office for the purpose of the Report.
