The Factory and Workshop Act imposes upon occupiers
of Factories and Workshops the duty of keeping
lists of the names and addresses of all persons employed
outside the factory or workshop in certain specified classes
of work. The classes of work to which this requirement

extended by him from time to time. Outworkers' lists
must be kept relating to:—

finishing, repairing of wearing apparel
and any work incidental thereto.
"The making, ornamenting, mending and finishing
of lace and of lace curtains and nets.
"Cabinet and furniture making and upholstery
work.
"The making of electro-plate.
"The making of files; and
"Fur-pulling."
