The County Medical Officer has furnished the following information:—
(a) Number of children resident in the Urban District who were immunised against diphtheria during 1954:—

Acute Anterior Poliomyelitis.
Only one case was notified during 1954, and this proved to be
paralytic. The patient was removed to hospital.
