Hospital Women's Mental Block, twice a week; visiting geriatric cases
at Farnborough and Orpington Hospitals; shopping, loaning wireless
sets, and liaison with the British Red Cross Society for medical supplies
on loan.
Medical Loan Depot
The British Red Cross Society have one medical loan depot in the
area, where a full range of nursing requisites is held and the articles
are available to the Orpington residents. A charge of threepence,
per article, per week, is made, except in cases of hardship.
