Pull details of the new cases and mortality during
the year are shown in Table VII of the Appendix.
The number of new cases notified during the year
showed an increase of 2 over the corresponding figure for
1951. There were 25 deletions from the Register as against
23 for the year 1951.

The following is a copy of the annual return of food
poisoning notifications (corrected) furnished to the Ministry
of Health;-
