considered well nourished. The equivalent 160 and over embraced
those classified as good; 150 and under those called subnormal.
I consider from the experience of the method gained during the
past year that it is about as good as can be devised for the purpose,
and if universally adopted would allow of comparison with results
from other districts. I take cognisance of the three factors which
essentially enter into the question of nutrition—namely, age,
